I built an interactive design thinking canvas. It lets workshop participants place sticky notes, drag them to zones on a business model canvas, and auto-synthesizes the input into structured JSON in real time.
That JSON imports into a VECTOR.md file. That file becomes part of a repository. That repository is consumable by AI agents who can build from it.
Workshop is research is data is code. No handoff. No translation. No "now the developers interpret the Miro board." No "check dovetail or bloomfire or the sharepoint."
Tomorrow I am doing it again. Live. From scratch. In front of you.
I will start with Investiture (the open scaffold behind Zero Vector), write the prompt, and build the whole thing while explaining every decision. You will see a functional design tool materialize in real time and watch its output become structured, code-ready data.
Then we will talk about what this means. About VECTOR.md, about the Zero Vector framework, and about the crew positions I am opening up for people who want to help build this with me.
Whether you are a designer, developer, researcher, or just curious about where AI-assisted creation is actually headed (not the hype, the practice), this is worth an hour of your Friday.
No slides. No deck. Just a live build and an honest conversation.
Lights out, cut the cord.
